Mandarin Chinese to HTML Tool

This tool will allow you to enter in Chinese words (or any words) and convert them to a format which you can type into your HTML documents. The HTML document will still need to have Chinese fonts installed in order to view the words, however, such as the "Arial Unicode MS" font.
